How we work
How we decide the right treatment
We follow Integrated Pest Management (IPM): find out exactly what the pest is and why it is there, then use the least product needed to fix it and stop it coming back.
- Identify the species. A German cockroach and an American cockroach need completely different treatments, and so do a roof rat and a Norway rat.
- Find where it lives and how it gets in. Harbourage, food, water and entry points, inside and outside.
- Choose the method. Bait, dust, a targeted residual treatment, physical removal or exclusion, often a combination.
- Treat only where it matters. Placement beats volume. It is safer for your household and works better.
- Fix the cause. We tell you what to change, such as gaps, leaks, branches or storage, so the problem does not return.
- Follow up. Programs for German cockroaches, bed bugs and rodents include a check-in, and every job has a written warranty.

Pest control questions
What type of pest control do I need?
It depends on the pest and where it is living. A general treatment covers cockroaches, spiders, silverfish and ants. Rodents, possums, bed bugs and fleas each need their own method. Text us a photo and we will tell you which treatment fits before you book.
How long does a pest treatment take?
A proper general treatment of an average house takes at least 45 minutes, including the roof void, inside and the outside perimeter. Rodent and possum work takes longer because the inspection is the most important part.
Is pest control safe for pets and children?
Yes, when products are registered by the APVMA and applied to their label directions. Stay off treated areas until they are dry, pick up pet bowls, and cover fish tanks. We confirm the exact re-entry time for the products used.
Do you offer one-off and ongoing treatments?
Both. Most homes need one general treatment a year. Food businesses, apartments with shared walls and homes near creeks or bushland often do better on a six-monthly or monthly program.
