Why your price might differ
Size and access
A two-bedroom unit and a double-storey house are different jobs. A roof void without a manhole adds time.
The pest
German cockroaches and bed bugs need a follow-up visit. A general spray does not.
How far it has spread
One ant trail is not the same as an established population through the walls.
One-off or ongoing
Annual and six-monthly plans cost less per visit than one-off treatments.

Do you charge a call-out fee?
No call-out fee applies when you go ahead with the treatment. Every add-on that could apply to your job is listed in your quote before you say yes.
Do you charge extra for after-hours visits?
After-hours and Sunday visits have a $60 surcharge. We tell you this when you book.
Is the cheapest pest control the best value?
Not usually. A 10-minute spray that skips the roof void and fence line costs less on the day but often needs to be redone. Check how long the technician will be on site and what the warranty actually covers.
When do I pay?
You pay when the job is finished and you have seen the report, not before.
